BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM!

Due to the current situation which affects practically the whole world, I wanted particularly to write this paper to share my humble opinion on how to protect ourselves from such a virus.

First of all, you have to know that to get sick from this pandemic you have to complete three scenarios:
– The first and most important is the presence of the microorganism in this case the coronavirus.
– The second, the environment that facilitates its dissemination (the climate, the agglomeration of people, etc.)
– And finally the third and the real cause of the infection: the terrain that welcomes and promotes the multiplication of the virus.

 

If the virus finds an adequate environment to spread but the terrain in which it settles is not favorable, the disease does not occur!

The best way to prevent Covid-19 is to increase its immunity.

Some simple rules to remember ,which are the basis:

 

– Avoid smoking and consuming alcohol (I can already see from here the eyes that rise to the sky ..)
– Avoid getting angry and spoiling yourself because of the current situation. Good morale and a good state of mind play a huge role in your body.
– Continue to practice a sport but be careful (extreme sport can be completely counterproductive and weaken your immune system)
– Go to bed early to optimize the quality of your sleep
– Be clean! Wash your hands regularly especially if you go out; the face every morning and every evening.
– Treat well and clean your interior regularly to feel good

 

And now boost your immune system:

 

Make a good vitamin C cure:
You can do it with natural foods such as yellow pepper, blackcurrant, fresh parsley, raw Brussels sprouts, kiwi, strawberry, orange, lemon, grapefruit, etc.
Or with food supplements like ACEROL C

Eat foods rich in zinc such as:
Oysters, grilled wheat germ, veal times, roasted pumpkin seeds, crab, lobster, lentils, etc.
Or with a Echinaforce cure.

-Take a sunbath for 15 minutes a day (face and arms) now that sunny days are coming!
Also favor foods rich in vitamin D such as:
Salmon, mackerel, sardines in canned oil, fresh or canned tuna, herring, anchovies, cod liver oil, egg yolk, mushrooms, cheese, butter , milk, plain yogurts..etc

– Make a cure of Shitake, reishi, matake:
These mushrooms are proposed to tone the body, stimulate natural defenses and strengthen the body’s resistance to stress: they are called “adaptogens” or “immunostimulants”. They also have a reputation for fighting high blood pressure and helping to lower blood cholesterol levels.
– Don’t forget the use of essential oils!
Here my top 4:
Ravintsara essential oil:
Antiviral, modulating and stimulating immune, it is the essential essential oil to take everywhere to avoid digestive, oral, respiratory discomfort that could occur following a viral infection.
Place 2 drops of Ravintsara essential oil on the inside of the wrists and perform 5 successive deep breaths. To repeat 3 to 5 times during the day.
I use it regularly this way in the evening before bed.
Laurel Noble essential oil:
Anti-infectious with broad spectrum, the essential oil of Laurel noble is a precious ally to fight against viruses, bacteria and fungi. It is ideal for protection in the event of a viral epidemic.
Mucolytic and expectorant, the essential oil of laurel noble is in case of cough and secretions also useful in installed bronchial.
Before going out on the street, I put a few drops under my nose to create “a barrier”.

 

Niaouli essential oil:
Rich in eucalyptol, Niaouli essential oil has anti-infectious and antiviral properties that are very interesting in limiting the spread of viruses. Refreshing and expectorant, it promotes good breathing and helps prevent coughing and other respiratory discomfort.
Anti-inflammatory, Niaouli essential oil is of great help to soothe mucous membranes irritated by coughing and sputum.
I use it as a spray on my clothes to disinfect them with my TEXTILE DEODORANT recipe.

 

Tea Tree essential oil:
Protective, the essential oil of Tea tree is of great help in the event of weak immune system. It strengthens the body, helps fight viral infections and overcomes related discomforts such as cough and phlegm.
Anti-inflammatory, Tea tree essential oil is ideal for proven viral infections to fight redness and inflammation.
I use it in air diffusion with a few drops of lemon and lavender essential oils.
I am convinced that this crisis is a red flag so that our habits, our behavior and our way of consuming must turn different.
Take good care of yourself and your loved ones and do not forget to take the time to think about all of this in order to set off even stronger, more respectful, more loving than before this crisis which will certainly be etched in history.

    Wow! This is an incredible list. We always recommend to read this kind of information because each immune system is a completely different world.
